7. If you can, lunch should be your main meal of your day. You should eat lean meat or a meat substitute, with a colorful variety of vegetables.

8. To combat that mid-afternoon energy slump, a high protein bar low in sugar is a healthy choice of snack.

9. You should strive to have your dinner three hours before going to bed. You can never go wrong with either brown rice or low GI paster. Eliminate white sauces. include another good serve of colorful veggies.

10. What is under rated in a weight loss program is sleep. after dinner try to unwind and let your mind and body relax ready for a peacefull nights sleep.

Finally you should try to include some exercise in your new routine. In order to hasten weight loss, If you include running, swimming, or cycling at least 30 minutes, or even better, an hour a day, it will make a big difference to your weight loss.
